Cyril Pagadala has vast real work experience, in local and multinational companies, of more than 18 years in the field of Human Resources Management, Administration and Operations in various industries: banking, manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, and publications. He last held the position of Director of Administration and Human Resources in a group of companies.

 

He has a BA (English) and MA (Human Resource Management). He is a PSMB Approved Trainer in Business English and Business Communication for the PSMB Unemployed Graduate Training Scheme. He is also a PSMB Certified Trainer for Corporate Programmes (PSMB/ TTT 0217)

 

Besides other programmes, in human resource management, general management principles, customer service, he teaches and facilitates English, Business English, Letter & Report Writing, Business Communication, Communicative Business English and Grammar to locals and foreigners for corporate and academic purposes

 

Due to his real hands-on work experience in senior management, he understands the importance and the special needs of organizations in English and business communication on the one hand. On the other hand he also understands the weaknesses, limitations and challenges of employees in this area that lead to a very generous communication gap between management, employee and the CUSTOMER.

 

Cyril bridges this very generous communication gap through interesting hands-on workplace related activities that participants find very practical and relevant; and most of all: easy to understand and do.

OBJECTIVE

Speaking and writing good English is essential if we want to convey a message or express ourselves. It is becoming even more important in this global climate, if we want to be understood properly.

 

Building up a foundation in English is important before applying it to a business environment.

 

This course is therefore delivered smoothly step-by-step from a revision of the basics in English to the application of English for general use to develop confidence and then on to specific writing and presentation in a business environment.

 

This fully workshop-based course centres on making participants competent in using the language for basic communication both in speaking and writing in a business environment.
