OBJECTIVES

Interview is a very important phase in the process of selection and hiring within an organization. Unprofessional interviewprocesses can adversely affect the
organization in terms of costs, productivity and employee morals as a whole.

Most interviews are made on a subjective basis that is not evaluated on the basis of competency but rather on the assumptions and personal views of the interviewer solely on the candidates interviewed. This causes the candidate assessment process to be inaccurate and biased.
