Why do we need good grammar and writing skills at work?

 

Good grammar enables us to convey our message clearly and avoid being misunderstood. It also gives a good impression to readers. A written communication can be more effective with the right grammar. Good writing skills enable us to make our documents more impressive and receive more positive response.

Many people can speak English well but fail to write an effective document due to poor English grammar. Good grammar is essential for every written communication at work. Errors in grammar can cause embarrassment.

 

Belief in what we write! Do not just convey information but express our feelings and thoughts. Rephrase words in our writing for better relationship with customers and colleagues. A positive tone in writing makes a lot of difference.

 

We write many documents at work. We must know when to write formal and informal letters .Writing effective emails is another routine at work. The right salutation and closing in these written communications are required. We will show disrespect if we use the wrong greetings! We will not get a good response if we write simply.
