INTRODUCTION

What is the objective of this act?

The Employment Act 1955 provides minimum benefits that employers must give to their employees who are covered under this Act.

Failure to comply with the Employment Act 1955 may result in organizations suffering heavy compensation through litigation, penalties such as fines, etc., which could have been totally prevented.
