MR. LOO CHU HUAT received his MBA in Finance from the University of Wales, and the well-known Manchester Business School, UK. He also possesses a Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Banking & Finance.

 

He has had a long career in Human Resource Management. He was the HR Manager for two large and well-known multinational companies where he was involved in the whole spectrum of HR, including Policy Design and Implementation, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, and Employee/Industrial Relations.

 

Mr. Loo is a Certified Assessment Assessor, Accredited Trainer from USA & Competent Toastmaster.

 

At present, he runs two companies in Malaysia and another two businesses in Singapore and Hong Kong. The businesses relate to payroll outsourcing, human resource consulting, training, e-Services, and Business English. His clients range from representative offices, small medium industries to multinational companies across more than 40 industries, including banking and insurance groups.

 

He has been actively involved in conducting training courses such as Developing Compensation and Benefits Policy, Performance Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment and Selection Interviewing, Developing HR Policies, Train the Trainer Certification Course, Supervisory Development for various companies both inhouse and public.

 

Mr. Loo combines a wide range of practical and hands-on training experience in lively and challenging interactive training sessions.
