Cyril Pagadala has vast real work experience, in local and multinational companies, of more than 18 years in the field of Human Resources Management, Administration and Operations in various industries: banking, manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, and publications. He was the Director of Administration and Human Resources of a group of companies. He is now a lecturer and corporate trainer / facilitator.

 

He has a BA (English) and MA (Human Resource Management).

 

Over the years he has conducted many interviews for all levels and has seen the mistakes made by interviewers. In this course he shares these mistakes and prepares the participants for better success in interviewing and selecting candidates.
