DR.PS Daram, started his career in Mechanical Engineering who later pursed professional
qualifications in Industrial Engineering. He has served large US multinational companies both as
a Technical and Management Trainer. In the last 30 years, the course leader held senior positions
in large multi nationals. His last designation was Country Manager – Human Resource for a large
Logistics multinational organization before venturing into Management Consulting.
Dr.Ps Daram holds Post Graduate Diploma qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Training and
Development. Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bath. United Kingdom.-
majoring in Organizational Behaviour and Operations Management and later a PhD from
University of Bath. United Kingdom in Human Capital Management.
He is a registered and approved trainer of HRDF.
Dr.PS Daram conducts both technical and management training locally and internationally.
His special areas are in Organizational Methods, Process Optimization, Supply Chain and Value
Chain Management. He currently conducts and trains via Executive Coaching both technical and
management staff of Qatar Petroleum, PETRONAS, Shell, Teleflex, PKPS and ON Semiconductors
in Executive Development programs. He has been conducting training for managers and
executives in Total Preventative Management to bring process innovations.
He lectures at the local universities on Operations Management, Organization Development
and Change Management and Total Supply Chain subjects. He also conducts training for
organizations and institutions of Professionals in Malaysia

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), Code of Conduct establishes standards to ensure that working conditions in the electronics industry or affiliated industries in which electronics is a key component and its supply chains are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically. Considered as part of the electronics industry for purposes of this Code are all organizations that may design, market, manufacture, or provide goods and services that are used to produce electronic goods. Compliance to RBA requirements benefits the company with stable and motivated workforce; and potential business opportunities with major Multi- National Corporations (MNC). This also encompasses the business associates or subcontractors of the parent company of the principle company. |
