INTRODUCTION

In today’s data-driven workplace, professionals are expected to analyse data efficiently, present insights clearly, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.

This course is designed to equip participants with practical skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot to support effective data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Participants will begin by strengthening their data analysis foundation using Excel, focusing on data preparation, analysis, and summary reporting. The course then progresses to Power BI, where participants learn how to build interactive dashboards and visual reports that transform data into actionable insights.

In addition, participants will be introduced to Microsoft Copilot, enabling them to use AI responsibly to assist with data analysis, formula creation, insight exploration, and report preparation.
