Gary brings a rare integration of technical site engineering and strategic property operations. His interdisciplinary expertise—grounded in degrees in Estate Management and Civil Engineering, reinforced by an LLM in Commercial Law—enables him to lead with legal, financial, and technical precision.
As the founder and Managing Director of Bright Motta Property Management Sdn Bhd (BOVAEA-registered) and Motta Engineering Sdn Bhd (CIDB – G7), Gary bridges the gap between on‑site execution and portfolio‑level governance, empowering management teams to engage contractors with confidence, accountability, and measurable results.
His career includes Senior Roles at Gamuda Engineering, Crest Builder Holdings, and F&N Property Development, alongside successfully managing high‑rise residential and commercial complexes across the Klang Valley.
A former lecturer in the Estate Management Degree Course at Imperial College and a former trainer at INTI Centre for Management Learning, Gary is as committed to professional educator as he is to operational excellence.
Gary is registered with both the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers and the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers, he continues to set benchmarks in property and construction management through strategic leadership and hands‑on technical authority
