Practical Session 4 Participants to 1 Driving Instructor & 1 Car

OVERVIEW

This course is specially developed for all drivers in Malaysia regardless of position level including CEO, COO, Managers, Executives, Administrators, Logistic Supervisors, Drivers and Support Staffs from either Private or Government Sector to share knowledge, train and assess their competency by applying the defensive driving concepts, to improve the quality of staff and driving services as a professional driver. Further, to motivate them to be more confident, alert and inculcate positive values in driving as well as to educate them to be more skillful and knowledgeable.

 

The course main goal is to provide the nominated participants with the knowledge and skills to drive light commercial and passenger vehicle safely and defensively.

 

This course will elaborate on how mindset will change drivers’ attitude, why vehicle is important in driving, the benefits of applying Defensive Driving Concepts such as DADA, IPDA, SPA and LOVE. Besides, the course will emphasis on mirror use, guidance marking and distance and depth judgement as well as KEJARA and traffic rules and regulations. With all this being explained and elaborated, our goal towards “ONE LESS STATISTICS” can be achieved and all the following consequences can be prevented :

LEARN FROM THE BEST

EN MOHD SHAROOL FADZLY ABD RAHMAN is an ex Malaysian Armed Forces and served with Royal Intelligence Corps. In civilian life he has anormous experience in driving industry as instructor, qualified assessor and professional driver trainer for almost 18 years. Mohd Sharool Fadzly is also has experience in management level while his attachment with various driving related organization.

 

Possess with Sijil Pengajar Institut Memandu (SPIM), he is registered and qualified assessor recognized by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia since 1998. In 2005, he received further driving training with Automotive Centre of Excellent Sdn Bhd (ACE) as a Professional Driver Trainer and possess Certificate In Assessor and Training for Commercial Vehicle Education and Training for Light & Heavy Vehicle as well as Certificate in Train The Trainer (TTT) and Training Of Trainers (TOT) which recognized by National Transport Institute of Australia (NTIA), Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia and Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (HRDF).

 

Recently, in April 2015, he received further recognition from TUV Rheinland, German and TUV Rheinland Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Trainer in Heavy Vehicle Training. Mohd Sharool Fadzly has various experiences in conducting and coordinating training programmes for government body and private sector including 4WDvehicle.

 

As a consultant, he is the subject matter expert in developing driving institution and personal development for its staffing.
