holds a Masters Degree in Engineering in Health, Safety & Environment from University of Malaya & a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language). OBJECTIVE

This course is designed to help individuals improve their communication skills in both personal and professional settings. The course covers various topics ranging from the types of English language, basic English grammar, business communication, and power-up daily conversations to listening and responding, cross-cultural communication, effective writing and reading, and speaking English with confidence.

Participants will learn about the importance of good communication skills, how to overcome barriers to effective communication, and various techniques for improving communication in different contexts.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills necessary to communicate effectively in English, which is an essential language in today’s global business world.
