OBJECTIVE

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping how organisations design, deliver, and measure learning. From AI-powered content creation to predictive skill-gap analysis, Learning & Development (L&D) teams are expected to lead this transformation rather than simply respond to it.

This 2-day course equips L&D Practitioners, Training Managers, and HR professionals with a practical, hands-on understanding of how to apply AI across the full learning lifecycle - from change management and stakeholder engagement, through content creation and learner personalisation, to analytics, ethics, and the future of AI-driven learning.

Participants will work directly with tools such as Claude, Perplexity, Gamma, Canva, Jotform, Excel 365, and PowerPoint 365 through structured activities and case studies, leaving with frameworks, templates, and a personal action plan they can apply immediately in their own organisation.

AFTER ATTENDING THIS COURSE YOU WILL RETURN TO YOUR JOB…
  1. Explaining what AI is and how it is transforming corporate learning and development.
  2. Applying change management strategies to drive AI adoption within L&D teams.
